Sichuan Fried Chicken (四川炸雞) 

This was fusion bar food of high caliber. The fried chicken was crispy and because of some sorcery, devoid of bones. 

  
It was garnished with chili padi and ground Sichuan pepper. Still moist within, it was served on shredded cabbage. It was spicy and numbing and most of my first beer was drunk quenching the fire on my tongue. 

Wildfire Burger makes great fried chicken!

They also have a great beer list.   
I had a good American beer, Arrogant Bastard whilst eating this spicy and skillfully executed fried chicken.

Their Moscow Mules are weak,  however and not served in copper mugs.
