I went to Sushi Tei today in a new mall in Jurong East. I tried tomago onsen which is a soft-boiled egg. It was perfect. I prefer soft-boiled eggs to hard these days. Monkfish liver in ponzu sauce was rich. Conger eel was good. I had never tried it until today. Lastly, the wagyu sushi was awesome. I had shrimp and vegetable tempura that was just okay.
