Bacon, Zucchini, Black Olive, Capers and Blue Cheese Pizza

  
I ate this custom made pizza at the Pizza Collective in Bugis +. It was good and I also had a house salad to make it a healthier meal.

The sesame dressing was tangy and delicious. 

   
   
My only complaint is that the plastic knives are very dull. 

Smoked Salmon Pizza

I have an Italian friend from Genoa who will scowl if he reads this post. 

   
 
A thin crust pizza, with white sauce, smoked salmon, ricotta, seaweed flakes and wasabi cream was devoured by this author at The Pizza Collective, a new restaurant in Bugis +, where one can design one’s own pizza. I discovered this belatedly, as I saw that they offer blue cheese, bacon and capers as topping options.

   
    
   
The pizza was good, but I don’t like wasabi with cheese. I like fusion, but some things just don’t complement each other. 

  
I’ll definitely return. The triple bock was very nice, too.
